Yes and no. It all depends on the scope of work that will be covered. So in special cases, we can consider a client's budget constraints. But once we are able to get the design brief from the client, we are able to gauge the scope and see whether the proposed amount is considerable or not.
This all depends on the type of work you have requested. Most single jobs (logos, business cards, letterheads etc), take 24hrs or less to deliver. Complete corporate branding designs take 5 working days, while heavy production jobs like annual reports, newsletters and magazines also take appropriately 5 working days as well.
Unfortunately no. While we pride ourselves in our commitment to delivering quality service to every client, we believe that it is important for a client to show commitment to any job request by paying a deposit of 50%. The balance can be paid on approval of the design job, before delivery.
Well, again it depends. Minor changes on single jobs like adding or replacing words on a logo or changing a minor detail on a design are absolutely free. Where extra charges apply are if a client wants an extra option, or a client requests for a completely new design. But for minor changes, we will gladly do it for you.
